City Clerk

The Office of the City Clerk exists to ensure the integrity of municipal governance through the administration of the electoral, legislative, and recordkeeping processes. The department consists of three primary service divisions: Archives and Records Services; Council and Commission Services; and Elections and Administrative Services.

City Council Meeting
City Council meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm in the City of Henderson, City Hall, Photo of Council ChamberCouncil Chambers.

Electronic meeting agendas, supporting backup material, and minutes are available online through the City Clerk website.

Passport Services
The Office of the City Clerk offers a full-service Passport Acceptance ProgramPassport Photo.

Passport processing is available at City Hall Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Veterans Memorial Wall
Originally inscribed with 1,213 names, the Veterans Memorial Wall today bears more than 1,500 veterans and Photo of Veterans Wall Memorialsoldiers names that have served our country. It stands proudly within the Henderson Events Plaza adjacent to Henderson City Hall.
