Economic Development

Local Businesses

BusinessLink is a City sponsored program designed to support and communicate with Henderson area businesses.

Henderson offers a unique environment for businesses of all sizes.  The City also recognizes the need for special support services and an open line of communication between local businesses and city government.

If your company is expanding, creating new jobs, or needs help in identifying local resources, call or e-mail BusinessLink. We're your personal business ombudsman.

BusinessLink outreach and services include:

Henderson Business One-on-One Program

Arranges one-on-one visitations between the city government, the Henderson Development Association, and area companies.  Visits are conducted on a weekly basis.  The program has been specifically developed to open communication lines between the City and local businesses.  Local businesses are visited at their facilities by a team consisting of one member of the city's Economic Development staff, a member of the Henderson Development Association and often a City Council representative.

The City and its community partners (Chamber of Commerce and Henderson Development Association) have a great desire to listen effectively and understand the dynamics of doing business in Henderson by responding in a proactive way to resolve or help local businesses with their specific issues.  Should your local business have any immediate needs or if you would like to schedule a One-on-One visit, please contact us by phone at (702) 267-1650 or via email at

Henderson Executive Welcome

Welcomes new executives and managers with a community orientation program.  If you are a new executive or plant manager for a Henderson business, please call (702) 267-1650 or email to request your personal orientation.

The Henderson Development Association (HDA) is a division of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and a key partner in the city's economic development programs.  HDA committees and programs are actively working to enhance Henderson's business environment and promote the attraction, retention and expansion businesses in the City of Henderson.
