What to expect:

A presentation on street crime and the detrimental affect it has on individuals and the community is conducted by a variety of agencies. If availability allows, S.W.A.T., K-9, Criminal Apprehension Team, Repeat Offender Program and other special guests will speak on behalf of their division following a story line of two youths who made a choice that starts a negative domino effect.

Inmates from the Henderson Detention Center who have been involved in criminal activity most of their lives give a very detailed and graphic description of what life is really like behind bars.  The inmates also give a brief description of the choices they made and how they ended up on the wrong side of the law impacting their families, friends, themselves, and the community at large.

Each presentation will be followed by a question and answer session.
