General Contractors
The City's Affordable Housing Program regularly accepts applications from contractors interested in bidding on small- to medium-sized residential rehabilitation projects. To bid, a general contractor must either be a B, B-2, or a remodeling contractor with a C-3 license. Female and minority contractors are encouraged to apply.
