If you'd like to join a novice swim team, a national training group or learn the latest swim techniques, you've come to the right place! We offer a variety of competitive water sports including swim, dive and water polo teams. Henderson/Southern Nevada U.S. Masters Swim Team
This is a United States Masters Swim Team for fitness enthusiasts, triathletes and competitive swimmers. The team competes at all levels in local and national meets. Offered at Henderson Multigenerational Competition Pool. Participants must be at least 19 years old.

Recreational Diving – Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced
Springboard diving students learn the basic techniques, proper approach, hurdle, rotation and entry of five required dives. Intermediate and advanced divers must know proper approach, hurdle, front dive and entry. Participants must be able to swim 25 yards and easily tread water. Safety techniques are a priority. Splashball
Splashball introduces water polo to young children. They learn basic skills and gain an understanding of the sport in a comfortable recreational forma. Water polo is easy to learn and helps kids to stay fit. Noodles and vests can be used. Held at Whitney Ranch Indoor Pool and Heritage Park Aquatic Complex.

Henderson Water Polo: Waves
Waves is designed for children interested in becoming competitive water polo players. We work on all the fundamentals while enhancing physical fitness and self-confidence. Held at Whitney Ranch Indoor Pool.

Henderson Water Polo: Rapids
Rapids is for the intermediate to advanced water polo player. The program isn’t just a class, but an important part of young players’ lives. Tryouts are held before practice and are required prior to registration. Held at Henderson Multigenerational Competition Pool.

Henderson Water Polo: Surfs
surfs is more advanced players interested in playing water polo at the college level. The program helps kids build the skills they need now so they’ll be prepared in the future. The club also works in cooperation with the Olympic Development program, a pipeline to becoming a USA Olympic or national team member. Tryouts are held before practice and are required prior to registering. Held at Heritage Park Aquatic Complex.

Water Polo Conditioning
This program helps water polo players improve endurance, build leg strength, enhance eye/hand coordination, and boost overall fitness. Held at Heritage Park Aquatic Complex.

Synchronized Swimming
If you enjoy ballet, swimming or gymnastics, this is the sport for you. Our expert instructor teaches beginners how to build strength, endurance, skill and grace while learning the art of synchronized swimming. You must be able to swim 25 yards and easily tread water. Held at Whitney Ranch Indoor Pool.
