Fitness center orientation
Learn how to use our state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Proper techniques and use of equipment will be demonstrated. Wear your workout clothing and tennis shoes; bring a towel. Register at the front desk.
Check out a new best seller or DVD. Browse the large print edition of the New York Times and over a dozen magazine titles.
