Horizon Crest Park includes the design of an 11-acre neighborhood park located near the corner of Annet Street and Horizon Ridge Parkway. The park will include a trailhead connecting St. Rose Parkway with Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area. Amenities include vehicle and bicycle parking, kiosks, restrooms, educational and interpretive aspects, ramadas and picnic shelters, playground area, open play area, and other neighborhood park amenities. The park’s theme is desert living.

There are no park sites within a half-mile radius; therefore, Horizon Crest Park will fulfill the unmet recreational needs of the surrounding area. The park is supported by Southern Nevada Water Authority, Clark County, and the City of Henderson.
