  • How do I sign up for water and sewer services?
    Contact the Customer Care Center at (702) 267-5900, or visit us at our Henderson City Hall or Henderson Multigenerational Center locations, Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Click here to download an Application for Service.
  • May I view my account or pay my bill online?

    You may view your account and pay your bill online by using your account number and a four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). Contact the Customer Care Center at (702) 267-5900 or by email at cohutil@cityofhenderson.com to request a PIN. You may change your PIN, view account information, and pay your bill using your Visa, Master Card, Discover or Diners Club credit card through our secure online system.

  • How do I report a water or sewer line break?

    You may contact the Customer Care Center at (702) 267-5900 to report a line break during normal business hours. After hours, contact the Henderson Police Dispatch non-emergency number at (702) 267-5000.
