Qualifications for City Council Ward II vacancy:
· Must be a qualified elector
· Must have been a bona fide resident of the City of Henderson for a period of
at least 12 months immediately preceding the last day for filing an interest
packet for the office
· Must be a resident of the ward which he or she represents for at least 30 days
immediately preceding the last day for filing an interest packet for the office.
