Henderson, Nev. – On November 27, at approximately 11:21 p.m., Henderson Police and Fire responded to a motorcycle versus truck collision involving a 2008 Honda motorcycle and a 2002 Chevrolet pickup on eastbound Warm Springs Road at Grayson Circle.

Preliminary investigation indicates the 47-year-old male driver of the pickup was
traveling eastbound on Warm Springs in the number one lane at Grayson Circle when he was struck from behind by the motorcycle being operated by a 25-year-old male.

The operator of the motorcycle succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

The eastbound lanes of Warm Springs from Heavenly View to the 3100 block of West Warm Springs were shut down for approximately 4.5 hours while fatal crash investigators conducted their investigation and the Clark County Coroner response was completed.

Speed is considered a factor; however, it was not immediately known if impairment was a factor.

The name of the deceased will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.

The crash is being investigated as the tenth traffic related fatality this year in The City of Henderson.
