Henderson, Nev. – On February 11, the suspect vehicle in this case was recovered. The driver is still outstanding.
Due to the ongoing investigation no additional details will be released at this time.

On February 10, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Henderson Police Officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a white Chevrolet Suburban bearing Arizona license plate, “BCN1433”in the area of Collins Drive and Westminster Way. A records check revealed the plate was stolen.
The driver failed to stop and a pursuit ensued. The pursuit was terminated due to the suspects disregard for the safety of the other vehicles on the road. The suspect continued travelling northbound on Boulder Highway approaching a steady red light at Lake Mead Boulevard. Pedestrians were crossing Boulder Highway within a designated crosswalk when the suspect failed to stop for the steady red signal and struck three pedestrians. The suspect continued to flee and is still outstanding.
One 20-year-old female and one 56-year-old male were listed in critical condition and a 62-year-old female was listed as sustaining minor injuries when transported by the Henderson Fire Department to Sunrise Trauma Center in Las Vegas.
The northbound lanes of Boulder Highway from Lake Mead Boulevard were closed for approximately three hours while crash investigators conducted their investigation.
Henderson Police is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the driver of the vehicle at the time of the accident and any information leading to the vehicle’s location. The suspect vehicle is a white 2000 Chevy Suburban bearing AZ license plate “BCN1433” with distinct markings on the rear window and hatch. The suspect driver is described as a black male adult.
