Henderson Wins State Building Award

Henderson, Nev. – The City of Henderson has received the 2020 Outstanding Building of the Year Award (TOBY) from the Nevada Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) for Whitney Ranch Recreation Center. The win is in the category of Public Assembly Buildings.

The Outstanding Building of the Year Awards is the most comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry recognizing quality in commercial buildings and rewarding excellence in building management. During the competition, all facets of a building's operations are thoroughly evaluated. Buildings are judged on everything from community involvement, tenant relations and site management to environmental and green policies and procedures.
