Request to Gather Signatures at a City Facility

Pursuant to NRS 293.127565 signatures may be gathered at government buildings in a designated area during regular business hours. Before you may begin to collect signatures, you must notify a public officer or employee in control of the building of the dates and times you intend to use the designated area.

Notification can be given by:
  • Completing the form below and selecting submit.
  • Completing the form below, selecting to print the form and submitting it to the employee in control of the building prior to gathering signatures.
  • Submitting a Contact Henderson Case
