Survey - Mapping Procedures

During the development process, various maps are required for most projects. If the Mapping Procedures below do not answer all your questions, contact Survey/Right-of-Way.
Boundary Line Adjustment Map
Required to transfer a portion of one parcel of land to the adjoining parcel.
Final Maps
Required when dividing property into more than four parcels or when creating commercial subdivisions

Parcel Map
Required when dividing property into four or less parcels.
Reversionary Map
Used to remove NRS 278-platted parcel lines.
Required when vacating/abandoning public rights-of-way and/or easements.
