How To Participate

• For each requested/approved item donated, you will receive one entry ticket. (Items must be new / not expired).
• The drawing for the 2025 Las Vegas F1 tickets will take place during the event. Winner must be present to win and must show matching ticket number. Must be 18 or older or accompanied by a parent.
• Supplies Accepted 8pm-11pm at the Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix 2024 Official Watch Party.

• Gravel/clay (not clumping) cat litter
• Wash cloths (to clean cat cages)
• Hand towels (folded in half make nice cat beds)
• Rolls of paper towels (for cleaning)
• Bath towels (for medical and grooming)
• Dog/cat beds (any and all sizes)
• Blankets (for dogs in kennels)
• Small rugs (for dogs in kennels)
• Food/water bowls (for both dogs and cats)
• 1½ - 2½ gallon sized buckets for dog water bowls
• Purina One Kitten food (canned and dry)
• Purina Cat food any type (canned and/or dry)
• Purina Dog food any type (canned and/or dry)
• 13"x9" plastic litter boxes
• Other litter Boxes (various sizes)

Criteria & Guidelines

Check In/Set Up: Saturday, November 23 from 6pm-7p (no exceptions)

Water Street Plaza, 240 Water St.
Participants must check-in prior to setting up car.
Check-In and Set-Up from 6pm-7pm, no exceptions.
Cars will be on display on the lower patio of the plaza next to the podium.

1. Age Requirement:
• Open to participants 12 years and older.
2. Materials:
• All cars must be constructed mainly from cardboard (especially the main body of the vehicle).
• No metal, plastic, or prefabricated parts (except for minor decorative elements).
3. Car Size Specifications:
• Cars should be large enough for participant to fit inside, (not to scale of a full-size actual vehicle).
4. Theme & Design:
• The cars should reflect the design of a Formula 1 race car.
• Participants are encouraged to be creative in their designs, using paint and decorations to bring their cardboard F1 car to life.
• All fabrication decorating etc. to be completed off-site (no painting or cont. decorating will be allowed on site)
5. Judging Criteria:
Judges will consider the following when making their overall choice. Judges will choose one over-all winner only.
• Creativity
• F1 authenticity
• Quality of construction
• Use of cardboard and adherence to material guidelines
6. Participation:
• Participant must pre-register to participate. No Entry Fee Required.
• One entry per person.
• Entry Deadline: Monday, Nov. 18, 2025, 6pm
• The cars will be for display only and are not meant to be raced.
• Participant responsible for all materials, construction, transportation, set-up, and removal of vehicle.
7. Safety:
• No sharp objects or hazardous materials allowed.
• Cars must be stable enough to support a participant sitting inside.
8. Display & Winner Announcement:
• All cars will be displayed and judged at the event; one winner will be chosen based on the judging criteria.
• The winner will be announced at the end of the event and awarded a prize for their outstanding creation.
• Must be present to win.
