Eddie has over 33 years of planning experience in various positions and localities. Prior to moving to Nevada, he held various positions in the Planning Department for Calvert County, Maryland. Eddie started his journey in the valley with the City of Las Vegas and held several positions in their Planning Department; he also assisted with process improvement along with development of a new permit/project tracking system. Eddie has been at the City of Henderson for 18.5 years and has lived in Vegas for 23.5 years. He has held several positions within the Community Development and Services Department including, most recently, Assistant Director for 2.5 years. He also served as Current Planning Manager and was also tasked with managing Code Enforcement for a period of time. Eddie brings a vast array of experience in negotiating development agreements and overseeing large masterplans/planned communities like Cadence and Union Village. Eddie has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Parks and Conservation/Geography from Marshall University.
