For transports prior to 8/1/2024: Billing Requests and Balance Inquiries should be faxed to the City of Henderson Finance Department at 702-267-1706.

For transports on or after 8/1/2024: Billing Requests and Balance Inquiries should be directed to https://www.chartswap.com/ for the City of Henderson Fire Department. If you have questions, please call 888-211-0615.
