The Municipal Court Customer Service Division is located on the 3rd Floor of the Henderson Justice Facility and is open to the public Monday-Thursday, 7:45am-5:00pm.


Civil Infraction Citations

You must appear at the Henderson Municipal Court on the date and time assigned to you by the Court if you are a juvenile offender (16 or 17 at the time of citation). Juveniles must appear with a parent or legal guardian.

You must submit payment or request a hearing to contest the civil infraction within 90 calendar days after the citation issue date.

You may resolve this citation by exercising one of the following options:

To Contest: You are required to request a hearing and post cash or bond equal to the total penalty amount in person.

If you fail to respond to the civil infraction within 90 days or fail to appear to the hearing requested above, the court will enter an order finding that you committed the civil infraction and assess the total penalty prescribed for the civil infraction. You may not appeal this order.

In addition, you will be liable for a collection fee, the outstanding balance will be placed in collections, and your license will be suspended.

You MUST APPEAR at the Henderson Municipal Court on the date and time indicated on this citation if:

  • Your citation is marked "Court Mandatory".
  • You are a juvenile offender (16 or 17 at the time of citation).  Juveniles must appear with a parent or legal guardian.
