How can I find my Parking citation if I do not have the citation or case number?
Parking citations are issued to the registered owner of the vehicle.

How do I search by my citation number?
On a hand-written citation, your citation number is located on the right side near the top in red. Do not include the letter that follows the number.

On an electronic citation, your citation number is located at the top of the citation near the bar code.

Once you have located your citation number, click on the "Ticket/Citation # Search" tab then enter search information.

How do I search by my case number?
The following are examples of where your case number can be found on several different types of court orders:
Once you have located your case number, Case numbers need to be entered in the format of Year, Case Type and then a 6 digital sequential number. Therefore, if you case number is 07TR137, you need to enter it as 07TR000137.

I cannot find my case, what should I do now?
If you cannot find your case in this system, it may be because the case is in another court. Please take a moment to check the following to determine what you should do next:
within the City of Henderson city limits and the charge was a Gross Misdemeanor or a Felony arrest, check with the Henderson Justice Court.
within the City of Henderson city limits and the charge was a Traffic Citation or a Misdemeanor arrest, call the clerk's office at 702-267-3300 during business hours. Please keep in mind that it may take a few weeks for the Court to receive hand-written Traffic Citations or one working day to receive a new arrest.
If the person you are searching for is a juvenile who is:
16 or 17 years old and the charge is a traffic violation, call the clerk's office at 702-267-3300 during business hours. Juvenile records are not available online.

What is my fine balance?
Your will need to look at each individual case to determine your total balance. The balance of each case is located in the section titled "Amount Due". Keep in mind that it may take a few weeks after your court date for this fines to be entered into the computer. This balance is for information only and does not override any written or verbal order from the Court.
How do I find out if the Court has received my payment?
Your will need to look at each individual case to determine where your payment has been applied. The payments on each case is located in the section titled "Financial Entries". Your receipt is your proof of payment. If you wish to receive a receipt for a payment sent through the mail, please include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with your payment.
