Effective June 2, 2022, the Henderson Municipal Court will begin holding Pretrial Custody Hearings. The purpose of these Pretrial Custody Hearings (a.k.a. “bail hearings”) is to determine the custody status of persons who have been taken into custody. A separate court date will be set for arraignment.

• Thursdays at 3:30 p.m.

  Thursday hearings will be held during normal business hours. The Henderson Justice Facility will be open for members of the public and/or attorneys to attend the hearings in person.

• Saturdays at 2:30 p.m. **REMOTE HEARING - BUILDING WILL BE CLOSED**

• Attorneys – Remote Appearance Permitted for Saturday Hearings ONLY

  Attorneys who wish to appear remotely for a defendant scheduled on a Saturday Pretrial Custody Hearing calendar must submit an e-mail to HMCLegalFiling@cityofhenderson.com no later than 2:00 p.m. on the day of the hearing.

  The e-mail must contain the following to ensure your request is processed by court staff:

  Subject line: SATURDAY PCH - ATTORNEY APPEARANCE REQUEST

  Body:

  1. Defendant’s name
  2. Attorney’s name
  3. Attorney’s e-mail address (WebEx link for attorney to join remotely will be sent to this e-mail address)
