From family reunions and parties to corporate retreats and celebrations, City of Henderson pools are the ideal location for any memorable occasion. Our lifeguards are on duty to ensure the safety and enjoyment of your guests.

Reservations 

• Summer season reservations are now being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and must be scheduled two weeks in advance in-person at any Aquatic facility
  •  Payment is due in full and paperwork must be submitted in-person when you place your reservation
• No reservations are available online or can be made over the phone
• All reservations are subject to approval

Rates

Black Mountain Aquatic Complex,  Henderson Multigenerational Activity Pool, and Whitney Ranch Activity Pool

• $600 for two hours, including set up and clean up
• $300 each additional hour

Henderson Multigenerational Competition Pool, Heritage Park Aquatic Complex

• $400 for two hours, including set up and clean up
• $200 each additional hour

Silver Springs Outdoor Swimming Pool, Henderson Multigenerational Indoor Pool, Wells Outdoor Swimming Pool and Whitney Ranch Indoor Pool

• $200 for two hours, including set up and clean up
• $100 each additional hour

Non-residents add 15%

Policies

• All pool rules apply.
• Alcohol, glass containers and sharp objects (including knives) are not permitted.
• DJs, food, use of barbecues and party décor must be approved in advance.
• Cancellations (not less than one hour prior to the end of your rental) due to weather or unavoidable circumstances will result in rescheduling. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued
• All department refund policies apply.
• Pricing and availability subject to change. Management reserves all rights.

Nothing says “cool” like a party at the pool! Celebrate your special day or event at your favorite pool during open hours. Our lifeguards are on duty to ensure the safety and enjoyment of your guests.

Reservations

• Reservations will open, May 14, 2024 at 6:00am!
  • To schedule your own Cool Pool Party please register here.
  • Reservations must be made at least 48-hours in advance and are subject to availability based on location hours

Rates and Payment

• $50 for two hours and 10 guests
• Additional guests will be charged the cost of pool admission and should be organized the day of your reservation
• Parties cannot exceed 50 guests. Anyone entering the facility for your party is considered a guest regardless of age, including swimmers and non-swimmers alike.
• Add our Rad Tad mascot to any party for an additional $25 per 30 minutes. For inquires, please email Aquatics@cityofhenderson.com

Lane rentals are required for large parties and those wishing to conduct training classes outside of typical recreational swimming activities. Businesses reserving lane space are required to email AQrentals@cityofhenderson.com and must provide proof of insurance and a valid City of Henderson business license. Lane rentals are at the city’s discretion and require a minimum of two weeks advance notice.

Depending on the requested activity and available space, we may require a minimum or maximum amount of lanes. For safety reasons, we do not allow more than 10 people per lane. For high-risk activities, maximum patron capacity may be lowered.
