The project will provide roadway improvements in Nevada State Drive between Compassion Drive and Conestoga Way and new sanitary sewer in Conestoga Way and Dawson Avenue between Nevada State Drive and Paradise Hills Avenue. The work includes plant mix bituminous pavement to provide four travel lanes, bike lanes, raised median islands, concrete curb and gutter, traffic signal at Conestoga Way, railroad crossing modifications, drainage channels, storm drain systems, LED streetlighting, new sanitary sewer, utility modifications and adjustments, pavement markings, traffic signing and other associated items of work.

Lanes on Nevada State Drive will be shifted during construction, but one lane will be maintained in each direction. At least one lane in each direction will be maintained on Conestoga Way as well.

Timeline:

Construction is set to begin on Monday, June 10 and continue until Spring of 2025.
