The deadline for the City to receive comments in response to the notice published in the Las Vegas Review-Journal and notices emailed by the City was 5:00 pm Pacific time on Monday, February 6, 2023. City staff used the responses received by the deadline to prepare a Business Impact Statement that was presented to Henderson City Council at its February 21, 2023 regular meeting. City Council approved the changes to HMC 14.14.040 - Golf Courses at its March 7, 2023 regular meeting through agenda item no. 38. City Council approved a decrease in approved raw and reclaimed water rates at its March 7, 2023 regular meeting through agenda item no. 45.
